Caluso Passito Biscuits
These was the very first biscuits we made with wine. Sultanas are left to soak for several days in passito dessert wine which thus imparts all its complex bouquet and lingering flavour of dried figs and apricots to this oblong-shaped and exquisite biscuit.

Hazelnut I.G.P Biscuits
Hazelnut Biscuits I.G.P (Indicazione Geografica Protetta)
Ingredients
Piedmontese Hazelnuts I.G.P., sugar, eggs, vegetarian margarine, flour, cornflour and yeast powder.

Meliga Biscuits
Meliga: Maize, and in Piedmontese dialect "Melia". This particular biscuit is a firm favourite with bakeries and home cooks and is popular throughout our region. Paste di Meliga are made with very finely ground yellow maize flour.

Butter, icing sugar, flour 0, very finely ground maize flour, vanilla, salt, lemon, milk.

Malvasia from Castelnuovo Biscuits
Hazelnuts and almonds are soaked for several days in Malvasia. The result is a biscuit enriched with a deep complex aroma.

Sugar, almonds, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla, flour 0, yeast powder, Piedmontese hazelnuts and Malvasia.

Brachetto Biscuits
Cinnamon sticks, pine nuts and almonds are soaked for several days in Brachetto (a light-bodied and highly aromatic wine with distinctive notes of strawberries) to enhance these fragrant biscuits with delightful spiced notes.
