Caluso Passito-Dessert wine
Caluso Passito is made with Erbaluce grapes grown on the Morainic Hills of Caluso. The bunches of golden-hued grapes are dried on straw mats or hung in rows to dry in lofts where the windows are kept open until the harvest draws to a close. Once this process is complete the grapes are then made into wine. The wine is then aged for five years before being bottled. ABV 13.5 - 16
The Cake
Two locally sourced ingredients from the Canavese region of Piedmont go into the making of this cake. Our Nocciolini and Caluso Passito are discerningly combined with other ingredients. The result is an enchantingly poetic festival of flavours.

Flour, butter, yeast, salt, eggs, sugar, raisins, hazelnuts and caluso passito.
